Hiclear designs, manufactures, installs and maintains packaged water and wastewater treatment plants, and delivers civil, drainage and asset maintenance works for water utilities and local government. Plants, pumps and dewatering skids are also available for hire.
What we do

Packaged wastewater and potable water treatment plants, sludge dewatering, inlet screening, electrochlorination, UV disinfection and chemical dosing systems and treatment chemicals. Plants are built as modules and delivered ready to connect.
Stormwater and drainage works, including culverts, open drains, pits and pipes and the construction that goes with them: slabs, bunds, sewage pump stations and plant foundations.
Civil works on water and wastewater assets: pump stations, reservoir and tank sites, pipework and access upgrades, concrete and steel repairs. We work for water utilities, local government and resources companies.
Modular solutions
Designed and built at our facilities. Each unit is factory tested before it leaves, and supported after it is installed.
Sequential batch reactors and Fixed-film biological treatment plants for sewage from mining camps/accomodation villages, towns and industrial sites. Modular units that offer scalability, running alone or are added to as a site grows.
Filtration, membrane and disinfection plants for drinking water from bore, surface and brackish sources, with controls and remote monitoring.
